I was disappointed. Nick seemed nice, even if he thought I was a boy. Can’t he tell I’m too big to be a boy? Jess didn’t want me at all. Didn’t she know I was there to help. I felt very dejected.
At first I wondered if I should give up on my plans. Perhaps I should have an outdoor web. Most of my siblings had moved outdoors. I didn’t want to give up. I didn’t want to fail. I moved on.
